Over the course of more than 10 years, we have been at the threshold for many young people entering the job market. Since our products are handmade, we hold a very thorough barista course for all employees. So that You don't come to work for us as just a cashier, but as a coffee specialist. We don't expect profound pre-knowledge of coffee or its preparation, but there must be an interest in this area and excellent service.
Since I attend university full-time and don't want to sacrifice school time to go to work, I was a bit skeptical when I started working, even though I was confirmed that the schedule is very flexible. And to my great surprise, and to praise my head barista, I have never had to skip school for work. My wishes and needs are always taken into account!
I have developed a lot during my time at Coffee In- I can talk much more freely with people. This skill really comes in handy in life.
I've learned a lot in Coffee IN. Being the head barista, I have to be able to think like a leader and have the courage to take responsibility for my baristas. The experience of leading people is invaluable!
